•Position: Personal Assistant / Secretary
•To manage the Coach's appointment schedules with his numerous clients, by communicating by phone directly to business owners & professional executives

Most of the changes are easy and straightforward (fixing broken links, basic CMS management, hiding some text/fields from the website, changing colors, etc.). There are also a few larger tasks that require some more time and skill. We estimate that all of this can finish with 16 hours working time.

•Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
•At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Prepare monthly financial report per voyage for all branches
Report consolidation

•Work as a team adhering to strict monthly targets and deadlines, ensuring internal and external reporting requirements are fulfilled.
•Manage vendor invoices and payments and to ensure that accurate documentation of such transactions are maintained and made easily accessible.

Working closely with central functions in Head Quarter (Europe), you will be responsible for Bank account transactions inclusive foreign currency transactions and hedging; all finance activities of the legal entity inclusive loan management and investments; shareholder activities, legal reports and documentation; tax statements, tax payments and control of all required activities within company’s improvement program.

As a UI developer, your will be challenged with the task of designing web based applications using the latest web technologies such as Javascript, JQuery, XHTML/HTML, CSS, Photoshop, etc. Knowledge and experience in ASP.NET is preferable as the candidate will work in a team with other ASP.NET developers.
